Hi Billy is my name, I am just over a year old, and yes another Jack Russell and I have a lovely rough coat.
I am actually in digs at the Pet Care Centre next door to Second Chance. I was brought in with the dog wardens so there is really not a lot of history on me, but seem to have a lovely friendly nature.
