This wee girl came into the kennels on Monday. Lucy is a three year old tiny Yorkshire Terrier and absolutely terrified, she has hardly left her bed to eat or toilet. Mind you she did eat some of our famous cocktail sausages chopped up!
We feel so very sorry for her, but I'm sure given time she will come round.
When she is ready for a new home she would be best suited to a lady on her own, who would have all the time in the world for her.
Update 4th March: Well it is now Saturday and guess what, I now have a new wee room at the kennels, where it is not so busy. I have lovely new beds and have been playing with my toys, mind you I still keep them indoors in their place, if they get a bit over familiar I just show them the "fangs" but I don't run at them or anything, in fact I gave them a wag of my tail and they were in raptures. Poor souls I don't think they get out much!
6th March: My photo has been added now, don't I look cute! Quite a big difference to when I first came in (see pic below), I'll still show my fangs if the girls put their hands down to me, but at least I'm not doing it ALL the time now!
Thanks for looking, Lucy
