Hi my name is Shanook I bet you were all looking for a husky type, no I am a black lab / maybe some whippet in there as well, I'm quite a big lad. I was quite scared when I came in, but now just love the girls here and proving to be very friendly.
I am up for adoption because of circumstances at home.
Two Shepherds gave me a real fright when I was just a baby, so now I'm a wee bit scared of other dogs until I get to know them.
My ideal home would be with someone who didn't work a lot, I love company and with children over ten.
12th October: Here as promised is my photo, Yvonne (she was worried about her hair, I think she looks lovely) from our very friendly veterinary practise is holding me cause I'm still a bit scared but so want to be friendly. Sorry about my eyes they are honestly a lovely brown you could drown in them! Is my soul mate out there somewhere, I do hope so.
