Hi Ena.

Hope you are all well. Maya is coming along nicely, she is a lot calmer in the house and walks on a lead beautifully. She is nuts with other dogs though and forgets her manners. She is also not very keen on other puppies and does snap at them if I let her sniff/play for more than a couple of minutes. Hopefully she'll grow out of this as she matures and we'll keep working on calm behaviour.

We would like to get her spayed, and as she'll be 6 months in January, this will be the right time. Please could you give me details of how to book it etc with your vet.I have attached a couple of photos.Have a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year.

Hi Ena, Frank and all at Second Chance,

Gypsy has had another busy year . . . look at her! In between naps in the sun, she was up her last Munro, Carn Mon Dearg, in October. Unfortunately we have since found she had developed an aggressive bone cancer in her front leg, so is now adjusting well as a tripod, although vet's orders, no slippery surfaces for a while. Hey ho, just a spectator in the snow. This was her on Christmas day... Very pleased with her new pink ball :-) with her friend Rosa.

We find it hard to believe that she's 13.1/2 now, and it was spring 2003 that we rehomed her from you... her 'little boys' are all grown-up now, one drives a car!

Mac and his dad David came to visit today it was so good to see them as it's been a wee while. Mac is looking great a very happy wee soul. xx

Well this wee lass Babs came in yesterday morning and by afternoon was in her new home, she has certainly fallen on all four paws.She has gone to stay with such a lovely couple, and has settled in fine. This couple had sadly "Lost" the wee girl they adopted from us a few years ago and were now ready for another wee friend.xx

Mayia and Gracie came to visit today although they aren't Second Chance dogs they have both been given a wonderful chance. They are both Pat Dogs and are so friendly, they have such a lovely family with Connor who had a blast today at the kennels and his dad Scott, Some of you also may recognise Morven from the Pet Shop in Kirkcaldy xx

These two lovely wee lads have been a pleasure to have as residents. They now have a new home their mum is lovely and so happy to be taking them both home.xx
